Friday, October 25th - Trade Show
6:00 pm Location – Held in the Engineering Collaborative Research & Education (ECoRE) Large Conference Room #504.

Students must pick up registration information for the event on Friday before entering the trade show.

We recommend professionals park in the West Deck located on White Course Drive off North Atherton.

Saturday, October 26th - Workshop/Banquet
8:30 am Workshop Location - Meet at the Overlook Pavilion in the Arboretum

Parking available in the Kratz Lot across the street using the Park Mobile app.

Donuts, Bagels, Coffee, and OJ served for workshop participants.
9:00 am Overview of the event, available equipment, instructions for the workshop and important restrictions for working in the Arboretum. Divide into teams and go to their designated areas and begin working on a schematic concept.
10:00 am Everyone meet back at the staging area for selection of fixtures via a round robin process. Immediately following, the teams take their equipment back to their areas.
12:00 pm Break for lunch; served at the staging area. Teams are encouraged to stop work and talk with one another during this period.
1:00 pm Mad rush to complete mock-ups.
4:00 pm All work must be completed, put down equipment, return all unused equipment, tools, materials, etc. Break to get cleaned up and ready for dinner.
5:00 pm Banquet & IES meeting Location - Palmer Museum of Art in the Gallery Event Space. Networking with professional designers and potential employers. No one may leave the dinner early!

Keynote presentation: The History of LED Lighting, and What’s Coming Next (?) - Bob Karlicek, Professor at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
7:30 pm Site tour of mock-ups with team presentations

Sunday, October 27th
9:00 am Clean-up and package all fixtures and equipment for shipping. We will again meet Overlook Pavilion. Breakfast will be provided.
